Shipping + Handling

I need my parcel urgently or scheduled on a certain date, is there any way to arrange? 

(Klang Valley only)

For urgent orders, we will typically need at least 24 hours to prepare. Contact us  via Whatsapp immediately, and we will try to arrange for Grab Express or Lala Move the next day. There will be an extra RM5 handling fee, and the shipping fee will be quoted based on Grab / Lala move quotation for that day. Subject to availability.

For scheduled orders (eg for Birthday Surprise / Valentines Day / Party etc) , please arrange with us via Whatsapp in advance to check for availability. There will be an extra RM5 handling fee, and the shipping fee will be quoted based on Grab / Lala move quotation for that day.

When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Note: Working days does not include weekends and public holidays!

Can I change my address?

If your order has not been packed or shipped, please contact us immediately. If the parcel has been packed or shipped out, you will have to contact the courier service directly.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically it should arrive within 1-7 working days for local orders (Malaysia) and up to 4 weeks (International).
