Return, Refund and Cancellations


All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges and order cancellations.


I received damaged/faulty products, what should I do?


We will do our best to package your items before shipment. However there are still chances that the product may be damaged during transit.

In the event that the product received is damaged, please send us a message on Whatsapp along with images and video of all products received, bubble wraps, polymailer, box, and airwaybill. 

Claims for damaged items must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of parcel

We will provide you with a solution in around 3-6 working days


I received missing/incomplete/wrong items, what should I do?


In the event that the parcel is received with shortage of goods, please message us on Whatsapp along with an unboxing video or image of the wrong items within 24 hours upon receipt of parcel.


I did not receive my order, can I get a refund?


Please allow sufficient time for the courier company to deliver your parcel. Standard timeframe for local delivery is 1-7 working days and up to 4 weeks for international orders.

In the event that the parcel delivery took longer than the above timeframe, you may contact us we will provide you with a solution within 3-6 days. 

There will be no refund for the following cases

- Wrong address

- Customer refuse parcel

- Premise close

- Customer refuse to pick up parcel at pick-up points after failed delivery.

- Change of mind
